Something a bit different from my usual tutorial videos - I get to play this time. This is my live 100% DAW-less 20 min set at Clownfest 2 - an on-line 3 day festival feat over 70 artists. My slot was at 18-40 GMT on the 01st August 2020.

As you can see I'm using some of the hardware I usually rabbit on about using in my tutorials.
I have the Yamaha RM1x as my master sequencer and then I like to bring the Roland JDXi in manually over the top.
Everything is sequenced as a pattern chain on the RM1x but I can drop in individual sections from the sequencer. All devices on the desk are midi synced apart from the Kaoss Pad (which I play the sweeps on).
The W30 is midi'ed up from the RM1x but I can also play in samples at any point. Not visible is an Arturia Microfreak (for the melodic parts) and a Korg Electribe for additional (mostly the drum loops as easier pitched and so vocal samples)
